COVID-19 SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
While we are continuing to send out orders from our shop in Vancouver, BC throughout the worldwide COVID pandemic, many countries have either stopped accepting international parcels at this time or are limiting the methods of delivery that they will accept. There are no restrictions on parcels sent within Canada or to the United States.
Find our most up to date list of countries not currently accepting parcels from Canada on our temporary shipping restrictions page. We have deactivated certain shipping methods for certain countries, as informed by Canada Post, and we check for updates to these restrictions a few times each month. We try to offer as many international shipping methods as we can.
Due to exceptionally high parcel volume, Canada Post has temporarily discontinued all of their shipping time guarantees. Please expect delays! As a guideline, be prepared to wait 1-2 weeks longer than you normally would. We suggest ordering gifts sooner than you normally would and making sure that the delivery method that you're selecting comes with tracking. Thank you for your patience, waiting longer than normal for your packages to arrive.

We are offering local pickup of online purchases at our store in Gastown, 4 - 375 Water Street. Place your order and pay online. Select "Local Pickup", instead of entering your shipping details. We'll send you an email when your order is ready to come pickup.
IN PERSON SHOPPING
We are so excited to welcome customers back into our Gastown shop! All of our policies will be following Worksafe BC Public Health Guidelines and we thank you for your cooperation and for your patience while we figure out the best and safest way to operate our brick & mortar store!
Wearing a mask is now mandatory in the store, as in all indoor public and retail spaces in British Columbia.
New procedures at the shop include but are not limited to the following:
We will be limiting the number of customers that can enter the store at one time and using decals to help show physical distancing markers.
We will provide hand sanitizer at the door and before rings can be tried on.
We will not be allowing necklaces or earrings to be tried on at this time.
Face masks are required. Please also follow best practices of washing your hands frequently and refraining from touching your face.
Please do not come into the store if you have had a fever or cough in the last two weeks or if you have been asked to self-isolate. Give us a phone call or email and we will be happy to put items on hold for you until you are able to come and visit in person.
Effective December 1, 2020:
We are open to the public daily from 11am - 5pm.
We plan to be closed on the following days:
- Friday, December 25th
- Monday, December 28th
- Friday, January 1st
January 2021 Hours:
We will be open to the public 5 days per week Tuesday through Saturday, from 11am-5pm. We will be closed on Sundays and Mondays.
February 2021 Hours:
We will be open to the public 6 days per week Tuesday through Sunday, from 11am-5pm. We will be closed on Mondays.
