PLEASE EXPECT DELAYS

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Canada Post has discontinued all of their normal shipping time guarantees.  The post system, globally, is experiencing unprecedented shipping volumes and it is impossible for us to predict which shipments will be delayed and for how long.  As a guideline, please expect packages to take 1-2 weeks longer than normal to arrive.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

We ship all over the world using Canada Post.

COVID-19 Pandemic Shipping Restrictions: Due to temporary COVID-19 restrictions, we are unable to ship to several locations at this time.  Shipments to many countries, including all of North America, remain unaffected.

India:  We are unable to ship jewellery items to India - please contact us if you wish to ship a carving or other non-jewellery item(s) and we can arrange it.

 

WHAT TAXES DO I PAY?

If you’re outside Canada, you won’t be charged Canadian sales tax. However, there may be import duties, VAT and taxes that your own country charges to be paid when your purchase arrives. These charges are not included in the purchase price of the item or shipping. These additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer.


If you’re inside British Columbia, you will be charged 5% GST (Goods and Services Tax) and 7% PST (Provincial Sales Tax).


If you’re located in a Canadian province that has HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) then you will be charged your province’s HST rate.


If you are shipping to a non-HST province then you will only be charged 5% GST.


HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping prices are tailored specifically to the items ordered, with prices varying depending on size and weight. There will be a variety of shipping options on the checkout page to choose from, all through Canada Post, with different prices, different time estimates, and either tracking information or none.  Please choose the method best suited to your needs.  A summary of the shipping methods is listed at the bottom of this page.


HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Canada Post normally has guaranteed delivery times on some of their shipping methods, as shown on our checkout page - however, due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, all shipping guarantees have been discontinued.  The old guarantees should now only be used as an optimistic guideline. Delivery estimates are given in business days, so weekends and holidays will need to be accounted for.  The more expensive methods will generally arrive sooner.

Not all methods come with tracking, and we are unable to access tracking information for methods that do not include tracking.

Due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, please expect to wait up to 1-2 additional weeks in additional to normal shipping times.
